本政策适用于 TovCore 基督教歌评网站（tovcore.com）和 TovCore 的 iPhone / iPad、安卓 App。简单说：我们只收集让功能能用的最少信息，不放广告、不做跟踪、不卖数据。
This policy covers the TovCore Christian Song Reviews website (tovcore.com) and the TovCore apps for iPhone / iPad and Android. In short: we collect only what the features need. No ads, no tracking, and we never sell data.
1. 不登录时1. Without signing in
浏览歌曲、评鉴、歌词不需要账号。不登录时的收藏、歌单、语言设置只存在你自己的浏览器或手机里，不传给我们。我们不用统计或广告类的跟踪工具。
You can browse songs, reviews and lyrics without an account. When signed out, your saved songs, playlists and language setting stay in your own browser or phone and are not sent to us. We use no analytics or advertising trackers.
2. 登录后我们保存的信息2. What we store when you sign in
- 登录信息：用 Apple、Google 或邮箱验证码登录时，我们收到你的邮箱地址和账号编号（用 Apple「隐藏邮件地址」时只收到转发地址）。邮箱不会公开显示。Sign-in: when you sign in with Apple, Google or an email code we receive your email address and an account ID (with Apple’s Hide My Email we only get the relay address). Your email is never shown publicly.
- 公开署名：你自己设的显示名字，会显示在你公开的歌单、发布的歌词和个人页上。Display name: the name you choose, shown on your public playlists, posted lyrics and profile page.
- 你的操作：收藏、点赞、「多听 / 不再听」、屏蔽的音乐人、歌单、投票、跟随。Your activity: saved and liked songs, “play more / don’t play”, blocked artists, playlists, votes and follows.
- 你发布的内容：歌词、异议、举报、提交的诗歌，以及上传的原创诗歌录音和歌谱。What you post: lyrics, objections, reports, song submissions, and original-song recordings and sheet music you upload.
- 正在听的歌：登录后放歌时，会记下你当前在听哪一首，在歌曲页「大家在听」里和你的公开署名一起显示；停止播放即清除。Now playing: while signed in and playing, we record the song you are listening to and show it with your display name under “Others are listening”; it is cleared when you stop.
我们不收集你的位置、通讯录、照片或设备上的其它数据。
We do not collect your location, contacts, photos or other data on your device.
3. 怎么使用3. How we use it
只用来提供本站和 App 的功能：同步你的收藏和歌单、显示你公开发布的内容、处理举报和版权投诉。不用于广告，不做用户画像，不出售、不出租给任何人。
Only to run the site and apps: syncing your saves and playlists, showing what you publish, and handling reports and copyright complaints. Not for advertising or profiling, and never sold or rented to anyone.
4. 谁会接触到这些数据4. Who handles the data
- Supabase：存放账号和上面第 2 条的数据。Supabase: stores accounts and the data in section 2.
- Cloudflare：托管网站和上传的文件；和所有网站一样，会处理你的 IP 地址来传送网页。Cloudflare: hosts the website and uploaded files; like any website host, it processes your IP address to deliver pages.
- Apple、Google：你选择用它们登录时，按它们的隐私政策处理。Apple and Google: when you choose to sign in with them, under their own privacy policies.
- YouTube：站内和 App 里的歌曲视频由 YouTube 播放器播放，播放时 YouTube（Google）会按它的隐私政策收集信息。YouTube: song videos are played by the YouTube player, and YouTube (Google) collects information under its own privacy policy while you watch.
5. 删除账号和数据5. Deleting your account and data
在 App 里打开「我的」→「删除账号」，会删除你在 TovCore 的全部数据：收藏、点赞、不再听、歌单（含已公开的）、歌词、异议、投票、跟随、原创诗歌和公开主页，不能恢复。你提交收录的诗歌已进入公共目录，会保留，但不再关联到你。上传的原创录音和歌谱文件在 30 天内从存储中清除。
In the app, go to Me → Delete account. This deletes all your TovCore data — saves, likes, don’t-play marks, playlists (including public ones), lyrics, objections, votes, follows, original songs and your public profile — and cannot be undone. Songs you submitted have joined the public catalog and stay, but are no longer linked to you. Uploaded recordings and sheet music are purged from storage within 30 days.
没装 App 也想删除账号的，请写信到下面的邮箱，我们会在 30 天内处理。
If you don’t have the app and want your account deleted, email us below and we will handle it within 30 days.
你发布的歌词等内容，也可以随时自己修改或删除。
You can also edit or delete lyrics and other content you posted at any time.
6. 儿童6. Children
本站和 App 不是专门给 13 岁以下儿童设计的，我们不会有意收集他们的个人信息。如果你发现孩子在没有家长同意的情况下注册了，请来信，我们会删除。
The site and apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has signed up without parental consent, contact us and we will delete it.
7. 安全与保存期限7. Security and retention
数据通过加密连接传输，数据库按用户权限隔离，只有你自己能改你的数据。账号存在期间我们保存这些数据；删除账号后按第 5 条处理。
Data travels over encrypted connections, and the database enforces per-user access so only you can change your data. We keep it while your account exists and handle it as in section 5 when you delete it.
8. 政策修改与联系8. Changes and contact
政策修改后会更新本页的生效日期，重大修改会在网站和 App 里提示。隐私方面的问题或请求，请写信到 hello@tovcore.com。另见用户条款。
