歌词说罪得赦免，说失丧的人被寻回，又说一路走来「全靠主恩」，把得救的原因完全归给神的恩典，和因恩典、藉信得救的教导一致。说主是「盾牌」「产业」，用的是诗篇里的意象。说瞎眼得看见，是借用约翰福音第9章的诗意比喻，不会被误读成错误教义。末节唱永远住在天家、颂赞不停，也合乎圣经里将来的盼望，看不到夸大应许或把功劳归给人的问题。
The lyrics speak of sins forgiven, of the lost being found, and of the whole journey resting on "全靠主恩" ("grace alone"), attributing salvation entirely to God's grace, consistent with the teaching that we are saved by grace through faith. Calling the Lord a "盾牌" ("shield") and "产业" ("portion/inheritance") uses imagery from the Psalms. The blind who now see is a poetic borrowing from John 9 and will not be misread as false doctrine. The final verse, dwelling in the heavenly home and praising without ceasing, also fits the biblical hope of the age to come; there is no exaggerated promise or crediting of merit to people.

All four questions point to God: the first person is the testimony and response of a sinner who received grace, and hope and rescue come from the Lord's grace. From personal salvation to eternal praise, attention and worship stay on God; this is a model God-centered testimony hymn.

- 「我」出现很多次，但都是蒙恩的人在作见证、回应神：罪被赦免、被寻回，被保守着来到主前。「我」是接受神作为的一方，不是歌的主角。"I" appears many times, but always as one who has received mercy, bearing witness and responding to God: sins forgiven, found, kept to come before the Lord. "I" is the recipient of God's work, not the protagonist of the song.
- 盼望、依据、拯救的来源在哪里？Where do hope, grounding and salvation come from?
- 盼望来自「救主应许」和「主恩」。保障在于主是盾牌、产业，进入永恒也是「恩典带进」，不靠人自己的力量或功劳。Hope comes from "救主应许" ("the Savior's promise") and "主恩" ("the Lord's grace"). The guarantee is that the Lord is shield and portion, and entering eternity is "brought by grace" as well, not by one's own strength or merit.
- 删掉「神」的词，还剩下什么？Remove the words about God: what is left?
- 如果删掉「主」「救主」「恩典」，罪得赦免、被寻回、得盼望、进入永恒这些核心内容都失去来源，歌就站不住了，不会变成自我激励或情绪疗愈。If "主" (Lord), "救主" (Savior) and "恩典" (grace) are removed, the core content (sins forgiven, being found, hope, entering eternity) loses its source and the song cannot stand; it would not become self-motivation or emotional therapy.

Metaphors such as blindness, shield, portion and heavenly home are all accurately understood in context, would make no sense in a secular setting, and the faith orientation is clear.
